The admitting department, our weight loss clinic, our surgical areas and the post surgical areas are all tailored to smooth your experience before during and after the procedure itself.

Dr. Mir B. Ali graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1984, and earned his medical degree at Hanemann University in 1990. Dr. Ali interned for a year at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. He then completed his residency at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland.

Dr. Ali has been performing Bariatric surgeries such as gastric bypass, the LAP-BAND® System or Realize System, and Gastric Sleeve Gastrectomies for more than 11 years, serving patients from Los Angeles, Orange, and Riverside Counties during that time frame. He is a member of the American Society of Bariatric Surgery.

Our multidisciplinary team includes our Physician Medical Director, dedicated Internal Medicine physicians, clinical nurse director, patient and surgical coordinators, financial counselors, psychologists, nutritionists, and physical therapists. We are all specially trained to treat and care for patients with severe obesity. We work as a team to promote your success all the way from your first questions to your post-surgical evaluations.
